Prepare month-end financials, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial/operational analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and maintain financial models. Collaborate with accounting on close tasks, reconcile bank activity, manage vendor bills in Bill.com, and ensure data integrity across Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and reporting outputs. Identify reporting improvements and use AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualify and schedule inbound leads, support event and webinar prospecting, perform limited outbound outreach to ICP targets, manage CRM activities, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into sales opportunities.
