Manage and optimize domestic logistics and distribution operations for a 3PL/freight forwarder. Oversee shipments, carrier management, regulatory compliance, cost analysis, reporting, and team guidance to meet customer service, timeliness, and efficiency objectives.

Manage day-to-day international export/import shipment operations for key customer accounts, coordinating with agents and cross-functional teams, processing transportation activities, maintaining shipment documentation and costs, ensuring SOP and compliance adherence, and providing customers with status updates and solutions.
