Manage and optimize inbound/outbound logistics and distribution center operations for a 3PL, resolve transportation issues, oversee carrier management and compliance, maintain metrics and reports, guide logistics staff, negotiate rates, and recommend process and routing improvements to improve cost, timeliness, and sustainability.

Manage truckload shipments and carrier relationships to meet client expectations: route and mode optimization, shipment tracking, discrepancy resolution, pricing negotiation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Sell PGL logistics and 3PL services globally, develop and manage key accounts, build strategic partnerships, recommend supply chain solutions, prepare forecasts, collaborate with operations on pricing, resolve customer issues, and visit markets to assess local conditions.
