Serve as a senior cybersecurity mission integrator and advisor for Department of War enterprise mitigation efforts. Advise senior leaders on vulnerabilities, operational risk, mitigation priorities, acquisition impacts, and implementation progress. Lead cross-organizational coordination with defense program offices, NSA, military Services, and technical stakeholders. Develop executive briefings and recommendations, assess weapons and mission systems, guide multiple workstreams, support governance, and mentor action officers in classified environments.

Leads cybersecurity oversight for federal information systems, managing RMF and ATO activities, vulnerability remediation, POA&Ms, compliance documentation, continuous monitoring, and security governance. Supervises ISSOs, coordinates with Authorizing Officials, system owners, engineers, assessors, and program leaders, and communicates risk and compliance status to senior leadership. Requires DoD or federal cybersecurity experience, NIST and RMF expertise, an aligned certification such as CISSP, and an active Secret clearance.

Maintain cybersecurity compliance for assigned information systems by managing RMF documentation, System Security Plans, POA&Ms, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, STIG compliance, audit evidence, and authorization packages in eMASS. Coordinate incident response and collaborate with system owners, engineers, administrators, ISSMs, and leadership to resolve security issues and support DoD and NIST requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry solutions: build ontology objects, workspaces, dashboards, and forms; manage datasets and data transformations; gather and translate business requirements; troubleshoot, document, and support Foundry applications while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead federal Privacy Act compliance: prepare and review SORN and CMA materials, advise oversight agencies, lead Data Integrity Board, assess privacy risks, develop procedures and training, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor staff as a Privacy Act SME.

Provide part-time subject-matter expertise in federal regulatory compliance and policy analysis. Monitor federal guidance, assess impacts, develop dashboards and reports, collaborate with legal and program offices, maintain regulatory documentation, and prepare executive briefings to support governance and organizational readiness.

Provide on-site continuity and business continuity planning support for a large federal organization: develop and maintain COOP/Business Continuity plans, conduct BIAs/BPAs, design and facilitate exercises and training (HSEEP-aligned), produce after-action reports and executive briefings, coordinate stakeholders, and support incident management and emergency deployments.

Lead a multi-workstream privacy and information assurance program for federal clients. Provide privacy and information assurance subject-matter expertise, manage contracts and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, oversee reporting and deliverables, support organizational change, and mentor staff to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
