Oversees a portfolio of affordable housing properties, managing daily operations, financial performance, property accounting, budgets, collections, compliance, certifications, resident relations, facilities coordination, and reporting. Supervises Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers, leads LIHTC and LRSP compliance, manages subsidy billing, supports audits, and responds to property emergencies and resident concerns.
