Coordinate with third-party administrators, HR partners, employees, and business stakeholders on FMLA, ADA, PWFA, DOT/FMCSA, military, and return-to-work processes. Monitor case progression, communications, escalations, documentation, compliance, and reporting. Analyze claims and service-level data, maintain dashboards, support audits, and provide empathetic employee advocacy while protecting confidential information.
