Supports firm leadership and operations through document maintenance, client file organization, tax return processing, event and training coordination, receptionist backup, and continuing education tracking. Prepares client invoices, manages accounts receivable, follows up on outstanding payments, and maintains accurate records. The role is fully on-site in Richmond, requires strong administrative, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, and includes additional Saturday hours during tax season.

The Tax Senior/Manager will prepare and review tax returns, provide tax planning advice, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence with at least 5 years of public accounting experience.
