Leads complex federal and state mandate projects from planning through closure, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, cost, scope, schedule, and risk management. Develops project strategies, requirements, training plans, approval matrices, quality gates, service-level agreements, and vendor contracts. Coordinates implementation and post-implementation activities, manages global resources, and mentors project managers and project team members. Requires at least five years of relevant accounting, finance, or budgeting experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Lead complex financial analysis, business process improvements, and financial reporting across lines of business. Manage ROI and capitalization/depreciation policies, support audits, guide junior staff, drive strategic projects including M&A and system integrations, and partner with stakeholders to implement financial solutions.

Manages a complex CarelonRx client portfolio, focusing on retention, service quality, and operational excellence. Builds relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants; resolves operational issues; supports implementations and renewals; manages contractual obligations, benefit setup, reporting, rebate strategies, and account performance analysis. Partners internally on recovery and growth initiatives and mentors junior account management staff. PBM and client-facing experience are preferred.
