Analyze and report HEDIS and other healthcare data, maintain databases, develop performance reports and ad hoc analyses, identify anomalies, and translate business needs into decision-support tools.

Perform finance operations including validating and entering financial data, processing deposits, reconciling accounts, running and analyzing financial reports, resolving complex process issues, maintaining controls and compliance, responding to customer inquiries about checks, and collaborating across teams to support operational efficiency and special projects.

Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM, GenAI, NLP and ML models and pipelines. Build data ingestion, preprocessing, RAG, and evaluation tooling; optimize model performance and infrastructure; collaborate with MLOps, product, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, governed production deployments.

Serve as an internal HR consultant solving complex workforce challenges via sprint-based projects. Lead org design, workforce analytics, talent optimization, change enablement, and agile sprint execution. Mentor junior staff, create scalable solutions and playbooks, diagnose problems through stakeholder interviews and data, and co-create evidence-based HR solutions with business partners.
