Support shareholder services and corporate governance for a public company: maintain shareholder records, respond to inquiries, coordinate annual proxy and shareholder meeting activities, assist with Section 16 reporting (Forms 3/4/5), manage quarterly dividend and mailings, support website governance content, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and assist with budgets and vendor management.
