Supports daily mutual fund custody and clearing operations by processing purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and transfers; reconciling accounts; resolving discrepancies; responding to client and correspondent inquiries; completing supervisory reviews; and maintaining regulatory compliance and reporting. Manage client connectivity onboarding, FIX certification, routing integrations, testing, and production deployments for trading solutions. Resolve complex connectivity issues, maintain technical specifications and databases, coordinate vendor and internal relationships, and lead multi-stakeholder implementation initiatives. Apply knowledge of FIX protocol, execution methods, market microstructure, regulatory requirements, AI tools, and data analysis to improve trading operations and client outcomes.

Lead documentation initiatives, mentor writers, maintain editorial standards, and use generative AI to improve content quality and workflow efficiency while validating accuracy, security, and technical validity.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients, serving as their primary contact, gathering documentation, coordinating account setup and data migration, delivering training, and providing initial support. Collect feedback, maintain detailed records, collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on onboarding outcomes and client satisfaction.
