Provide day-to-day card operations and member support for debit and credit cards: issue and maintain cards, process orders and renewals, monitor and investigate fraud alerts, update systems (Fiserv, Salesforce, EnFact), communicate with vendors and members, maintain compliance with PCI-DSS, and train internal teams.

Serve as first point of contact for members seeking consumer loans. Guide applicants from inquiry to closing, originate applications, verify documentation, promote loan protection products, meet SLAs/KPIs, ensure compliance, detect fraud risk, and deliver high-quality member service.

Manage title-related operations including processing paid-off auto loan reports, title research, data entry, document preparation/scanning, MVD issue support, audit preparation and compliance with CFPB/NCUA policies while contributing to SLAs, KPIs, and member service.

Manage an assigned queue of delinquent loan accounts via phone, email, and mail. Negotiate loan modifications, settlements, and recoveries; process credit bureau disputes and repossessions; maintain case notes, meet production goals, and comply with FDCPA/FCRA and departmental SLAs.
