Manage and nurture client relationships as primary point of contact; coordinate internal teams, resolve issues, deliver services on time, and provide client training. Identify upsell opportunities, prepare proposals and quotes, review invoices, produce performance reports and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), and use CRM and knowledge management tools to track account performance and client satisfaction. Requires periodic client visits.
