Provides onsite IT and operational support through local deliveries, client visits, equipment pickups, workstation and network device setup, basic hardware replacement, phone answering, office errands, and expense documentation. The role requires reliable transportation, customer service, organization, trustworthy handling of company purchases and equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a part-time, fully onsite position involving frequent coordination with service technicians and client locations.

Leads vCISO and cybersecurity compliance engagements for multiple clients, including CMMC and NIST assessments, SSP and POA&M development, risk assessments, framework mapping, audit and assessor support, incident response, and remediation coordination. Advises clients on regulatory obligations, security tooling, and compliance strategies while managing client relationships, engagement health, reporting, and delivery quality across a large portfolio.

Provides onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting workstation operating systems, printers, business applications, Microsoft 365, servers, virtualization, Azure, and basic to intermediate networks. Administrates Microsoft Entra and Active Directory, resolves escalated technical issues, supports clients and technicians, and participates in after-hours on-call coverage. The role requires client-site availability, strong customer service, ticket-performance accountability, and occasional travel using a personal vehicle.
