The Director of Total Rewards oversees compensation, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring market competitiveness, compliance, and strategic governance. This role includes leadership of managers and partnerships with Legal, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Lead and administer corporate travel and expense program, manage corporate card operations and vendors, govern policies and compliance, oversee expense platform and reporting, support accounting controls and audits, provide employee support, and drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and user adoption.

Coordinate designers, contractors, and stakeholders; solicit and evaluate bids; track project timing and spend; run regular update meetings; perform site visits; support investment strategy for acquisitions and transitions.

Lead accounting, reporting, and analysis for Ventas insurance programs including captive arrangements. Manage close activities, claim payments, premium allocations, and third-party coordination. Strengthen controls, improve reserve accuracy, support audits, and partner with Accounting, Risk, and Tax to build scalable, GAAP-compliant insurance accounting processes.
