The Coordinator of Nursing Administration provides administrative and operational support to Nursing Administration leadership, ensuring efficient operations and coordination across departments.

Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate and hiring manager relationship management, and support through background checks. Partners with HR business partners, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Shared Services to meet staffing goals, provide an excellent candidate experience, and advise business leaders. Requires knowledge of assigned service lines and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Manage purchasing and contracting for commodities, equipment, and services across UHS facilities. Solicit bids, evaluate cost effectiveness, investigate alternatives, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate cross-functional contracts with procurement and system stakeholders.

Process payroll functions, maintain and configure payroll and scheduling systems, perform daily payroll maintenance, ensure quality standards, and support Payroll and Finance leadership with ad hoc assignments.

Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Community Relations & Executive Operations, including calendar and correspondence management, meeting and event logistics, sponsorship tracking, community outreach coordination, executive office support, and general departmental coordination to advance community engagement, communications, fundraising, and special events.

The Senior Project Manager develops and oversees project plans, manages resources, tracks budgets, ensures compliance, and conducts project closeout activities.

Responsible for managing patient services and supervising staff, ensuring care compliance with agency policies while collaborating with management.

The Senior HR Business Partner aligns business operations with HR practices, provides consulting and coaching to leaders, and delivers comprehensive people services.

This position offers a 12-month Nurse Residency Program for new nursing graduates, providing mentorship and intensive clinical training in various nursing areas.
