Lead commercialization and go-to-market plans for Dove Men BCL, managing agency and cross-functional teams, budgets, launch readiness, forecasting, performance reporting, and social/PR/influencer strategies to drive brand relevance and ROI.

Lead Axe engagement go-to-market and content strategy, oversee paid content and Integrated Agency Team, own brand P&L and performance metrics, collaborate with Customer and Shopper Marketing for retail execution, leverage consumer insights and Circana/Numerator data, and drive campaigns targeting young male consumers.

Lead North America digital and technology programs across multiple product and business teams. Define multi-year strategy, governance, and value realization; align senior stakeholders; manage interdependencies, RAID, vendors, and adoption; drive AI and product innovation while scaling delivery and change across the enterprise.

Lead US fulfilment and logistics across DTC, Amazon and major retailers, owning P&L and 3PL relationships. Drive OTIF, inventory accuracy, retail compliance, process automation, launches, and a high-performing ops team while improving margins and scalability.
