Lead design and execution of enterprise AI engagement and adoption programs (promptathons, hackathons, training, Communities of Practice). Partner cross-functionally to embed AI into workflows, enable champions, track adoption metrics, and quantify productivity and quality improvements from AI investments.

Lead development and operationalization of model and AI governance processes, drive automation and platform enhancements, manage vendor risk (SOC/reviews), execute control testing and risk mitigation, and provide reporting and advisory to stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Support EO&T risk governance by maturing model governance, administering AI solution intake and AI Clearinghouse, conducting third-party vendor risk reviews, automating processes, participating in control testing, enhancing AI governance tools, and producing management reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
