The Senior Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Credit Risk will oversee credit risk management, analyze macroeconomic factors, and enhance portfolio risk analytics. This role requires strong partnership with internal teams to monitor risks and improve forecasting methods.

Manage a portfolio of seller accounts through consultative sales and project management. Develop strategic account plans, lead account teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, negotiate relationships, and drive client engagement to deliver business value and optimize outcomes for Freddie Mac and customers.

Lead strategic enhancements to single-family mortgage credit policy and product requirements by analyzing loan performance, QC findings, and market trends. Propose execution-ready policy/product solutions, collaborate cross-functionally and with external sellers, define performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and represent Freddie Mac at industry forums to improve borrower outcomes, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Lead development of executive-level risk reporting and board materials, partner across teams to gather and validate data, incorporate visualizations and analytics, support Enterprise Risk Committee and Treasury Risk Plan, and distill complex risk insights for senior leaders and regulators.

Engineer, automate, and secure platform tools and secrets management across AWS environments. Build IaC, CI/CD integrations, observability dashboards, and AI-powered automation workflows for middleware (Kafka, Amazon MQ, Apigee, Control-M). Standardize onboarding, support cloud migrations, and improve platform operations, security, and cost optimization.

Lead DevOps-focused engineering team to maintain and modernize cloud infrastructure, automate operations, build CI/CD pipelines, support AWS services (S3, Aurora, EKS), implement security and quality scanning, and apply AI/ML for operational improvements and observability to improve reliability and deployment velocity.

Lead analytics work to assess multifamily credit risk using large datasets, statistical models, and scenario analysis. Build and maintain analytical frameworks, evaluate credit models, quantify portfolio and new-business risk, and communicate findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Develop, implement, and validate statistical and econometric credit risk models for Freddie Mac's single-family mortgage portfolio. Perform loss forecasting, back-testing, stress testing, and model performance monitoring. Provide technical analytic support, documentation, and model implementation coordination; apply machine learning and econometric techniques to large datasets to inform business and risk decisions.

Hands-on technical lead for cloud platform engineering: design AWS-native, serverless, and self-healing platform capabilities; build IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK), CI/CD, automation, observability, and AIOps/GenAI integrations; enable scalable, secure application modernization; create reusable patterns, guardrails, and mentor teams while representing engineering in strategy and governance forums.
