Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain quantitative models supporting counterparty credit risk, derivatives valuation, asset-liability management, and mortgage-related analytics. Lead multiple agile squads to design and deliver modern data platform capabilities and AI-enabled data products. Provide technical direction, establish engineering standards, drive platform reliability and production support, partner with product and architecture teams, and hire/mentor engineering talent to meet business and compliance requirements.

Serve as lead transactional counsel on complex financings, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Structure, negotiate, and document secured and structured financings, intercreditor arrangements, syndications, collateral and lien issues, portfolio acquisitions, servicing transfers, and M&A-related matters. Develop, implement, and maintain counterparty credit risk models (PD/LGD/EAD). Collaborate with credit risk teams, run performance monitoring, address model review findings, ensure model governance compliance, and support validation, audit, and regulatory requests. Apply econometric and predictive modeling techniques to large datasets using statistical programming.

Assess and monitor creditworthiness of bank and corporate counterparties, assign internal ratings, perform due diligence, monitor exposures against limits, develop policies and corrective recommendations, analyze industry trends, improve processes, and produce management reporting and presentations.

Provide legal counsel for Freddie Mac's multifamily loan purchase, servicing, securitization, asset management and related transactions. Negotiate and review loan and transaction documents, perform real estate due diligence, manage outside counsel, support regulatory interactions, contribute to product and policy improvements, and train and collaborate with business clients and peers to manage risk and increase operational efficiency.
