The Counterparty Risk Associate will assess and manage counterparty risks, evaluate new and existing partners, and recommend mitigation strategies. The role requires collaboration and strong analytical skills to support risk management processes in the Multifamily division.

Lead quantitative analytics for mortgage portfolio performance and risk, design scenarios and forecasts, produce sensitivity reports, collaborate with data/modeling/finance teams, and deliver actionable insights and tools to inform portfolio strategy and risk management.

Prepare executive materials, manage intake and implementation tracking, maintain PMO artifacts, monitor data quality, and partner with risk, data, technology, and audit stakeholders to standardize and scale reporting.

Design, build, and deploy production GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic systems, document intelligence, copilots) for multifamily workflows. Lead LLM application technical design, prompt engineering, model selection, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Partner with product, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable, compliant AI-driven outcomes.

Lead data governance and information risk activities for I&CM, implement metadata and data quality practices, manage Collibra community, support data lineage and protection of sensitive data, partner across business and technology to mature data management and produce information risk reporting.

Lead planning, design, development, and Level 3 support of enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, network/voice, middleware, OS, databases). Build automation tools, troubleshoot complex issues, influence hardware selection, and provide technical leadership and counsel to management. Work independently on advanced technical projects and serve as organization spokesperson for specialized programs.

Lead the Multifamily FP&A team to produce quarterly and long-range forecasts, regulatory stress-test (DFAST) loss forecasts, and scenario analyses. Oversee reporting deliverables, variance analysis, and insights into earnings and credit drivers. Partner with Risk, Technology, and Finance to enhance forecasting systems, automate workflows, and present results to senior management and regulators while managing and developing analysts.

Manage a portfolio of lender customers to lead post-sale technology integrations, map and optimize processes, create implementation plans and test cases, ensure system integration testing and product adoption, and monitor/report integration outcomes to meet division objectives.

Lead strategic engagement with lenders, servicers, investors and partners to capture client feedback, run advisory councils, inform product roadmaps, drive adoption, and translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that align business, product, technology, and operations.

Lead and deliver significant credit-risk projects within Single-Family Credit Risk Management. Manage scope, schedule, cross-functional rollouts, stakeholder relationships, business analysis, requirements, risk and issue logs, and ensure internal controls and successful launches while balancing competing priorities and tight timelines.
