Serve as the branch's primary client-facing representative: process transactions, balance cash drawer, consult on financial needs, open and maintain accounts, refer clients to lending and investment partners, and support branch lending and compliance processes while delivering exceptional service.

Provide client-focused sales and service at branch locations: consult on bank products (including digital banking), open and maintain accounts, process routine transactions, assist with branch lending by taking applications and booking loans, develop business relationships and referrals, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead and grow a portfolio of complex commercial and agricultural clients by originating deals, structuring and underwriting credit, performing credit reviews, managing portfolio risk, mentoring junior staff, and representing the bank in the community to drive revenue and ensure regulatory compliance.
