As the Director of Strategic Sourcing, you will lead sourcing strategies for direct materials, manage vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and oversee a team while aligning procurement with company goals.

Provide high-level executive support to HR and Corporate Affairs leaders: manage calendars, travel, meetings, reports, presentations, expense reconciliation, confidential communications, special projects, and periodic travel (~20%).

Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing for key categories: develop sourcing and RFP frameworks, negotiate complex contracts, drive cost-reduction initiatives, improve supplier performance, build cross-functional relationships, and oversee a sourcing team to ensure supply assurance, quality, and value creation across manufacturing and vendor operations.
