Manages supply chain personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, sourcing, procurement, cost and schedule performance, risk mitigation, proposals, and program requirements. Oversees earned value management, control account responsibilities, supplier negotiations, make-or-buy assessments, supply chain plans, dashboards, and recovery actions while coordinating with engineering, operations, program management, and business teams.

Manage small aerospace and defense projects from initiation through closeout, developing plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and cross-functional engineering, logistics, sustainment, and technical teams; track milestones, risks, costs, configuration changes, and engineering dependencies. Prepare stakeholder status reports, support aircraft sustainment activities, and ensure alignment with airworthiness, maintainability, technical publication, testing, and configuration-control requirements.

Supports logistics coordination and execution by preparing materials, spares, tools, and equipment for deployment and storage. Tracks shipping and routing, maintains equipment and inventory records, organizes storage, supports import/export compliance, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Requires basic logistics regulatory knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, physical stamina, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

Supports testing and certification of aerospace and defense components and systems. Develops and executes test plans, validates requirements, analyzes test data, prepares initial reports, collaborates with engineering teams, and maintains calibrated test equipment. The role includes verification and validation activities across communication, computing, navigation, and surveillance systems in office, laboratory, hangar, and offsite environments.

Lead comprehensive testing for aerospace and defense systems across system, subsystem, and component levels. Develop test plans, conduct functional, performance, environmental, verification, and validation testing, analyze data, troubleshoot anomalies, document results, and coordinate cross-functional resolution. Ensure compliance with engineering, regulatory, and industry standards while leading meetings and technical briefs. The role supports testing throughout the product lifecycle in office, laboratory, hangar, and offsite environments.

Leads complex system testing projects for mission equipment, develops and executes test plans, mentors test engineers, analyzes test data, documents verification and validation activities, collaborates on test strategies, and manages safety and test risks.
