Six-month fellowship for active-duty service members to perform systems engineering work: research, architecture, modeling, simulation, test, certification, and lifecycle ownership. Responsibilities include requirements management, systems integration, V&V, MBSE activities, and cross-functional collaboration in ISR, aviation, and security programs.

Participate in supply chain and production planning activities including MBOM reviews, ERP/MRP data management, order creation, inventory allocation, and schedule maintenance. Monitor material levels, resolve shortages, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior planners while supporting manufacturing operations.

Lead development and execution of comprehensive flight, ground, and system test plans for aircraft mission systems and avionics. Perform hands-on RF/electronic testing, integration, troubleshooting, data analysis, test documentation, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with program and customer requirements.

Develop and execute detailed test plans for aerospace and defense systems; perform system, subsystem, and component-level functional, performance, and environmental testing; analyze and report test data; document and troubleshoot anomalies; maintain and calibrate test equipment; collaborate with engineering teams and participate in briefs and V&V activities.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and corporate functions: source, screen, negotiate offers, onboard, and mentor junior recruiters. Develop advanced sourcing strategies, use ATS, data and AI tools to optimize processes, ensure compliance, promote diversity, and partner with hiring managers to align talent with business goals.

Develop and refine detailed designs, technical drawings, and 3D models for aerospace and defense projects. Lead design efforts, ensure adherence to standards, resolve design issues, coordinate with engineers and managers, produce documentation, mentor junior designers, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance using advanced CAD and CAE tools.

Lead DFM/DFA implementation for new product introductions, design and validate production tooling, architect production lines, conduct root-cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers to ensure efficient, reliable manufacturing from concept through production ramp.

Work on design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electrical/electronic systems for ISR and aviation platforms. Collaborate across disciplines, participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support validation, simulation, and compliance with aerospace standards.

Hands-on electrical/electronics engineer supporting production, testing, and continuous improvement of avionics and electronic payloads. Serve as primary technical liaison on aircraft assembly, troubleshoot electrical designs, interpret schematics and wiring diagrams, apply CAD updates, generate dispositions for non-conformances, participate in design reviews, and advise remote design and production teams to ensure airworthiness and production continuity.
