Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts while overseeing analytics projects, reporting, data governance, and self-service BI solutions. The role requires engineering knowledge in power protection, automation, communications, or related systems, plus estimating, scheduling, contract compliance, and willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Leads mechanical engineering activities including assembly, plastic and metal part design, tolerance studies, thermal and vibration analysis, component selection, and design for manufacturability. Directs engineers and technicians, executes complex hardware projects, maintains bills of material and project documentation, develops test plans, conducts design validation, supports manufacturing processes, and mentors junior engineering staff.

Designs, configures, validates, installs, commissions, and supports automation and protection systems; trains customers; prepares functional design specifications and technical documentation; and delivers projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role focuses on industrial controls, PLCs, communications protocols, Ethernet systems, and SEL products, with at least 25% domestic and international travel.

The Laboratory Quality System Manager will oversee laboratory accreditation, enhance quality management systems, train staff, and guide product compliance efforts.
