A 24-month hybrid IT rotation program for recent and upcoming graduates. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across application development, infrastructure, technology operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, and business technology solutions. The program includes technical training, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and project work supporting electric grid and wholesale electricity market operations. Participants learn new technologies, translate business needs into reliable solutions, and transition into a permanent PJM position after program completion.

Leads enterprise risk management by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting organizational risks. Develops ERM education, risk parameters, KRIs, methodologies, models, compliance dashboards, and executive reporting. Advises management and risk owners, supports the Chief Risk Officer, and presents quarterly risk profiles to committees and board stakeholders. Oversees PJM’s insurance program, coordinates third-party coverage, and manages the Know Your Customer process. Requires collaboration across departments and knowledge of AML, anti-corruption, FCPA, and OFAC requirements.

Lead enterprise-wide software testing strategies for FERC order implementations, ensuring compliance with PJM governing documents and tariff requirements. Coordinate testing across business lines, professional testers, SMEs, technical teams, and compliance stakeholders. Assess implementation risks, improve testing methodologies, develop training plans, integrate AI technologies, and report testing effectiveness and quality metrics to senior management.

Perform power system and dynamic stability analyses for interconnection requests; develop System Impact Study reports; evaluate and recommend transmission reinforcements; maintain power flow and dynamics models; manage projects and contractors; prepare technical reports and stakeholder communications; support PJM planning processes and represent PJM in industry groups.

Provides senior legal leadership and regulatory compliance support for PJM. Represents PJM before FERC and state utility commissions, oversees regulatory filings, litigation, tariff interpretation, ethics, compliance policies, and outside counsel. Advises executive and operational leadership on legal matters affecting energy markets, transmission, finance, systems, and compliance. Supervises attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff while managing the Law Department budget and cross-functional regulatory initiatives.
