Create and manage digital communications translating complex economics and policy research into plain-language content. Update and develop website features, draft social posts, produce press materials, coordinate visual assets and freelance photographers, track analytics, support event and donor communications, and strengthen internal communications systems and templates.

Coordinate faculty recruitment, process reimbursements, maintain department website, handle vendor payments, and liaise with university administration while exercising discretion and prioritizing competing requests.

Collaborate with faculty on CLARITY to design, build, and evaluate LLM and multimodal AI systems. Conduct data collection, statistical analysis, experiment design, develop clinical guardrails, implement end-to-end LLM-to-video pipelines, build secure patient-facing interfaces, and support clinical trial development and academic dissemination.

Design, build, deploy, and operate Python-based full-stack and cloud-native services enabling agentic middleware and distributed workflows for scientific research. Collaborate with domain scientists, lead architecture and technical direction, ensure compliance, present results, and drive AI/ML and data infrastructure initiatives.

Build, maintain, and architect backend services and APIs (primarily Django, secondarily .NET) integrated with a React front end. Design scalable data models, improve system architecture, support CI/CD and cloud deployments, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, design, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, well-tested production systems.
