Provide HR operational support to BSD departments including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, student employment lifecycle, HR reporting via Workday, pay discrepancy investigations, visa/work-authorization coordination, employee relations assistance, and engagement activities. Owns administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and special projects while building relationships and resolving HR issues with discretion.

Co-lead a new 10-week AI safety replication program: select replication targets, mentor fellows, take technical ownership of replications, set publication standards, represent the program externally, and support fundraising and long-term planning. Design and produce print and digital collateral for ESA initiatives; maintain brand consistency; manage asset libraries; prepare press-ready files and coordinate vendors; support outreach strategy, project timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.

Provide high-level confidential administrative support to department leadership, manage calendars, coordinate meetings/events, handle recruitment logistics, process reimbursements, arrange travel, maintain office operations and departmental website, serve as first point of contact, and coordinate information flow across the university.

Support BSD Facilities Services by developing and maintaining BI solutions, data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards. Manage space management systems, integrations (APIs, SSO), automation, and reporting to inform space planning and operational decisions. Coordinate upgrades, surveys, and executive reporting while ensuring security, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Manage research operations for the Inclusive Economy Lab: build and maintain knowledge management systems and onboarding, centralize research repositories, coordinate affiliate relations and speaker series, design and deliver internal evaluation and AI-use training, support project intake and selection, develop mixed-methods protocols, launch an academic conference, and ensure program quality and documentation standards.

Serve as the chief academic, strategic, and administrative leader of the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools (nursery–grade 12). Advance educational vision, align School and University priorities, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, engage with faculty, staff, families, and advisory boards, participate in governance and collective bargaining, promote inclusive culture and academic excellence, elevate institutional communications, and represent the Schools externally.
