Provide strategic leadership for alumni and community engagement, overseeing alumni relations, stewardship, annual giving, communications, and events. Design cohesive constituent experiences, lead campaign execution, develop donor relations strategy, manage budgets, and drive organizational change. Manage disability accommodations and testing logistics, liaise with faculty and central offices, maintain advising records in Salesforce, support international students with CPT/OPT, run onboarding and pre-orientation programs, and produce training and advising resources.

Plan, coordinate, and execute College events including speaker visits, Class Day, and the Undergraduate Research Symposium. Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, promotions, and post-event wrap-up. Develop event tools, templates, timelines, and communications; advise units across the College; and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality event delivery.

Provide operational, administrative, and research support to Booth faculty and research staff: recruit and onboard RAs, manage Workday processes, maintain research websites, design staff programming, support SSRN and EDE+ alumni engagement, assist with course materials and grading, handle budgeting, grants, and financial processes, and ensure compliance with University policies.

Administer and deliver professional development programs connecting graduate students and postdocs with external audiences. Design and facilitate skill-building workshops, provide one-on-one coaching in public speaking and career readiness, plan large-scale events, build employer and alumni relationships, create career communications, and contribute to team initiatives supporting graduate student and postdoc professional development.

Lead assessment and modernization of the University's AURA (Huron) research suite, drive fit-gap analysis and phased SaaS migration, coordinate module upgrades and integrations (Workday, Oracle, reporting tools), manage vendor relationship with Huron, oversee project plans, testing, training, change management, QA, and promote AI use across research administration systems.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, semantic models, reports, and dashboards. Analyze and profile data, optimize performance, provide production support, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to migrate analytics to cloud platforms, enforce BI standards, and promote adoption of self-service analytics.

Provide administrative and technical support to 5-7 faculty: prepare course materials and Canvas sites, manage TAs, assist research with data cleaning, analysis, manuscript prep, and lab/center operations; coordinate events and budgets, reconcile accounts, maintain web pages, and ensure compliance with University policies.

Lead day-to-day suite operations for two centers, managing front desk, vendor onboarding, contracts, procurement, financial processing, facilities coordination, student staff supervision, and event logistics. Establish processes, ensure compliance with institutional systems, train staff on expense and travel procedures, and support continuous operational improvements to maintain a professional, service-oriented environment.
