Maintain accuracy of the general ledger, budgets, forecasts, and grant accounting; prepare reconciliations and financial reports; analyze equity holdings; enter and track grant budgets and deliverables; support internal controls, SOPs, payroll/expense corrections, tax/escheat filings, and special financial projects.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support for the institute, including calendar and travel management, financial transaction processing (GEMS/Oracle), event coordination, scheduling, reporting, and confidential support for faculty and leadership. Manage logistics, follow up on deliverables, and prepare operational recommendations and financial summaries.

Lead creation of video and multimedia content to support fundraising, outreach, and stewardship for the medical and biological sciences division. Produce, script, film, edit, and distribute video across web, email, social, and apps. Advise on creative strategy, manage production templates, and work with marketing automation and design teams to deliver brand‑compliant multimedia campaigns.

Lead and execute communications strategy for the Institute's science and technology portfolios. Manage research rollouts, digital presence (web, email, social), media relations, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and event promotion while writing and editing content that translates complex science and technology for broad audiences.

Co-teach a 2-day immersive leadership curriculum for CPD supervisors, delivering established modules on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, communication, and strategic problem solving. Facilitate interactive exercises, mentor participants, attend orientation and professional development, and collaborate with CPD and University of Chicago staff and partner facilitators.

Coordinate ADA/504 and accessibility compliance efforts, manage reasonable accommodation intake and case management, advise stakeholders, develop policies and trainings, monitor trends, support audits and compliance plans for veterans and individuals with disabilities.
