Provide administrative support for NSF ChemMatCARS operations at Argonne: schedule users and experiments, manage purchasing and expense reporting, maintain Oracle accounts and beamline statistics (EndNote), coordinate events and outreach, update website, triage communications, and support expansion related to a new beamline.

Designs, implements, and supports production DevOps/platform systems for translational data science. Provides one-on-one advising, workshops, mock interviews, and career communications; builds resources and campus partnerships; maintains websites and newsletters; tracks outcomes and supports large-scale events.

Support faculty by building and optimizing an LLM-based text-to-video multimodal pipeline, developing prompting/fine-tuning workflows, creating evaluation metrics and guardrails for clinical reliability, contributing to a secure patient-facing interface, conducting data analysis for experiments/clinical trials, and collaborating with clinicians and behavioral scientists to translate research goals into scalable technical solutions.

Support commercialization of faculty-led computer science and physical science ventures by managing portfolio tracking, connecting startups to funding, talent, and mentors, coordinating licensing and internal teams, preparing ventures for investor engagement, monitoring VC and technology trends, and supporting operational tasks like budget tracking and metrics analysis.
