Serve as chief communications leader reporting to the President; develop and execute proactive and crisis communications, media relations, branding, and digital strategies. Manage student payments, vendor relations, and scholarship administration; maintain program data and reporting; provide one-on-one career advising to first-year students; support employer outreach, event planning, and experiential learning initiatives; conduct mock interviews and resume reviews; assist with program administration, analytics, and student communications.

Manage and coordinate non-technical projects from inception to completion, facilitating stakeholder communication, preparing materials and reports, supporting research translation for policy audiences, supervising junior staff, organizing events, and refining implementation processes to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage a portfolio of ~110 major-gift prospects, build relationships, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors to secure six- and seven-figure gifts. Plan and attend cultivation events, collaborate with faculty and campus teams, travel ~20%, meet activity and fundraising goals, and support stewardship and engagement strategies.
