Lead all operational, financial, fundraising, partnership, programming, and outreach efforts for the Center. Manage staff and budget, develop strategic plans, cultivate donors and industry partners, support academic program launches, run events and communications, ensure compliance, and represent the Center externally.

Designs, implements, and supports production DevOps/platform systems for translational data science. Duties include incident triage, monitoring and analytics, CI/CD for hybrid cloud, security automation, and managing AI/ML infrastructure (on-prem GPUs and cloud services). Provides technical leadership, mentors team members, and collaborates on architecture and process improvements.

Manage launch, expansion, and maintenance of the Midwest Quantum Network Facility. Oversee hardware/software deployments, fiber-optic links, quantum components (repeaters, detectors, memories), vendor engagements, compliance, and collaboration with national labs and university partners. Lead network design, installation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder reporting to senior leadership.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure backend data automation services for a cloud-based SaaS/PaaS platform. Architect APIs and asynchronous pipelines, develop and test production-quality Python services, integrate cross-service features, mentor engineers, support high-availability operation and on-call rotations, and collaborate with support and user teams to document and resolve complex issues.

Collaborate with faculty to design and conduct research, collect and analyze data, perform literature reviews, design/manage databases, write manuscripts and reports, and present findings at academic conferences. Support project design and execute research-related tasks independently under faculty direction.

Provide FP&A support for University finance and treasury: develop and maintain benefit and Finance & Administration budgets, build financial models and forecasts, prepare board and audit materials, analyze staff benefit trends and federal rate calculations, lead quarterly reviews, deliver ad-hoc reporting, and recommend process improvements.

Provide administrative support for NSF ChemMatCARS operations at Argonne: schedule users and experiments, manage purchasing and expense reporting, maintain Oracle accounts and beamline statistics (EndNote), coordinate events and outreach, update website, triage communications, and support expansion related to a new beamline.

Support climate and Earth system researchers by developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML workflows on HPC and GPU-accelerated systems. Assist with compiling, profiling, tuning, and porting scientific applications; optimize system utilization (CPU/GPU, memory, storage, I/O); maintain scientific software environments and datasets; provide consulting, training, documentation, and grant support to advance AI-enabled climate research.
