Lead a team to research, develop, test and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. Manage 4-5 engineers, plan projects using TRL/MRL frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and drive manufacturing improvements (throughput, quality, variation reduction). Onsite role with ~10-15% travel.

Lead and coordinate complex aerospace aftermarket programs, ensuring contract compliance and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed program plans, monitor cost/schedule/risk (including Earned Value Management), resolve issues with customers and internal teams, support proposals and business capture, and drive process improvements across program management.

Design and develop specialized test equipment and systems for hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and electro-hydraulic products. Lead architecture, interface definition, requirements validation, test automation, and debugging efforts while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with program, development, and production teams.

Design and develop hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, servo, and electro-pneumatic test equipment. Define system architecture and requirements, build MATLAB/Simulink models, perform hardware integration, verification and correlation, coordinate assemblies, lead design efforts, and mentor junior engineers.
