Lead strategic governance and delivery of a global ERP implementation and business modernization for the Commercial Aircraft Group. Align business strategy with technology and change management, manage program budget, timeline, risks and stakeholders, oversee integrations (SAP, MES, PLM), drive stabilization and adoption, lead PMO/OCM/data/finance teams, and own multi-year roadmap and value realization.

Design and develop hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and servo test equipment for space and defense products. Create system-level requirements, model systems with MATLAB/Simulink, perform hardware correlation, integration and verification testing, and lead/mentor engineering efforts to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Lead quality engineering from proposal to delivery for aerospace electronics: implement AS9100-aligned processes, manage MRB/FRB, supplier assessments, root cause corrective actions, EIDP reporting, assembly process control, and external audits to ensure contract and customer requirements are met.

Lead contracting for Commercial Aircraft OEM programs, provide strategic contract review and negotiation, manage international transactional and export compliance issues, develop contracting policies, train program teams, support M&A due diligence and post-close contract transitions, and collaborate cross-functionally on complex disputes and risk mitigation.

Lead a team to research, develop, test and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. Manage 4-5 engineers, plan projects using TRL/MRL frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and drive manufacturing improvements (throughput, quality, variation reduction). Onsite role with ~10-15% travel.

Lead and coordinate complex aerospace aftermarket programs, ensuring contract compliance and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed program plans, monitor cost/schedule/risk (including Earned Value Management), resolve issues with customers and internal teams, support proposals and business capture, and drive process improvements across program management.
