Lead global sales, marketing, and business development for Power & Data Division. Set strategy, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, transform sales organization, oversee regional teams and distributor networks, pursue new market opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership on regulatory and government contracting matters.

Define, govern, and maintain global SAP-related business processes during an ERP transformation. Align ERP configurations with standards, resolve process escalations, lead testing/UAT, support change management, harmonize regional processes, and drive continuous improvement post-go-live. Role requires stakeholder management and ~30% travel, based onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Support and improve production of slip ring assemblies by developing manufacturing processes, tooling, work instructions, and layouts; mentor junior engineers; manage vendor interactions and RFQ responses; perform mechanical and electrical manufacturability reviews; report performance metrics; ensure compliance with policies (e.g., ITAR); and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Support aerospace manufacturing quality by creating and executing quality plans, conducting failure analysis, root cause/corrective action, supporting audits (DCMA), working with customers and suppliers, and optimizing inspection processes to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Lead design, development, integration, and testing of turreted weapon systems from contract award through production. Guide multidisciplinary engineers, manage configuration control and BOM, develop test plans and tooling, support field testing, proposals, and supply chain coordination.

Design and build Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) including hardware, cabling, and COTS instrument selection. Develop VxWorks/C test code for SBCs, LabVIEW VIs for instrument control and UI, and Python/PERL automation scripts. Produce assembly/schematic/parts lists and formal test documentation (Integration, Environmental, Acceptance Test Plans). Ensure test systems verify contractual requirements and maintain document control.

Lead business development with DoD and intelligence customers by identifying opportunities, coordinating capture/proposal efforts, maintaining customer relationships, aligning Moog offerings to customer roadmaps, managing CRM accuracy, partnering with primes, and supporting classified/secure program pursuits.

Develops and administers complex quality programs for defense electronics: inspection and quality planning, contract compliance, SPC/DOE-driven process improvements, failure analysis and corrective actions, training, supplier and program support, and technical leadership of QA staff.

Support supplier manufacturing of complex machining, gear, and motor components through process development, capability analysis, risk mitigation, DFx/DFMA, PPAP/PFMEA, Gage R&R/MSA, and root-cause improvement to ensure compliant, capable, and high-quality production.
