Lead process development and optimization at an Indianapolis bakery plant. Serve as technical SME for oven/thermal systems, conduct statistical analysis and trials, drive CQV/ALQ/TRL reviews, mentor engineers and technicians, manage complex projects and cross-functional deployments to improve efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.

Lead automation and cybersecurity for a cluster of manufacturing sites. Develop and execute automation and digitalization roadmaps, manage capital projects and budgets, ensure CCN infrastructure and MINT standards compliance, drive uptime and lifecycle migrations, and build local cybersecurity and automation capabilities while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and regional/global automation teams.
