Leads national specialty-channel sales strategy and growth for Freshpet. Owns customer and account planning, revenue and distribution performance, retail partnerships, negotiations, assortment, merchandising, launches, forecasting, trade investments, and ROI. Translates category and shopper data into actionable growth plans while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, operations, and distributors. The role requires approximately 40% nationwide travel and management of strategic customer relationships.

Manages Neighborhood Pet and Farm & Feed accounts, drives distribution growth, supports distributors, trains store teams, and ensures in-store execution. Audits planograms, inventory, and chiller conditions; resolves merchandising issues; coordinates with sales, marketing, and operations; and uses Nielsen, Power BI, and reporting tools to track performance and share field insights. The role requires extensive national travel and ownership of regional account relationships.

Administer and optimize Freshpet’s Dayforce HRIS, including configuration, security, workflows, reporting, integrations, releases, testing, and data management. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements. Build dashboards, support HR transformation initiatives, automate processes, train users, and provide reliable people analytics. Requires 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, preferably with Dayforce.

Leads long-term category strategy, assortment optimization, retailer collaboration, sales planning, forecasting, and retail activation across major channels. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and executives to translate consumer and market insights into customer targets, profitable joint business plans, and growth initiatives. Oversees category analytics and planning teams, improves forecasting and S&OP processes, and develops scalable tools, playbooks, and capabilities in a high-growth CPG environment.
