The System Analyst will support process automation and software solutions, gather requirements from stakeholders, analyze workflows, define solutions, and incorporate AI capabilities to enhance efficiency.

Design, analyze, and manage gas/steam plant mechanical projects including specifications, drawings, cost-benefit studies, budgets, construction oversight, field investigations, emergency response, and coordination with Gas Engineering, Operations, and Construction teams.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies; manage ATS and career sites; lead full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring for management and union roles; build diverse candidate pipelines through partnerships and sourcing; ensure compliance with employment, immigration, DOT, and EEO regulations; train staff; administer background checks; analyze recruiting data and streamline processes; respond to system emergencies and travel as needed.

Lead a team to modernize vulnerability management into a Continuous Threat Exposure Management program: drive intake, triage, prioritization, remediation coordination across cloud, applications and OT; automate scan orchestration and remediation workflows; manage critical vulnerability response; partner with stakeholders to reduce misconfigurations; build WAF and runtime protection operations; recruit and develop a team and represent the program in industry forums.

Lead and build a Detection and Response team as Tier 3 escalation for IT and OT CSOC. Drive detection engineering, threat hunting, SIEM/SOAR use cases, incident response playbooks, tabletop testing, and AI-driven detection pilots. Improve MTTD/MTTR, reduce false positives, and transition capabilities to the CSOC while partnering across security, engineering, and operational stakeholders.

Lead design and governance of enterprise ServiceNow architectures, define integrations and upgrade strategies, enable AI-powered workflows, coach developers, conduct design reviews, and drive platform standards to improve employee digital experience.

Prepare and manage local tax compliance, returns, payments, accruals and property tax schedules. Support regulatory filings, property tax grievances, cash forecasting, and rate case schedules. Reconcile general ledger accounts, perform ad hoc analyses, monitor tax law changes, and maintain stakeholder communications. Use data analytics tools and company systems under Senior Tax Accountant direction; participate in emergency assignments and travel within the service territory as needed.

Manage design, development, delivery, and evaluation of EH&S training programs. Lead training staff and projects, use LMS and e-learning tools (VR/AR, video, online modules), coordinate with SMEs and departments, track metrics/reporting, and support continuous improvement of training effectiveness.

Manage and execute investor relations strategy and materials, serve as investor point of contact, lead quarterly earnings presentations and roadshows, monitor market and peer performance, oversee governance and sustainability engagement, maintain IR website and vendor contracts, supervise two staff, and ensure regulatory disclosure compliance.

Manage end-to-end grants and matching gifts administration, maintain grants management system, reconcile departmental budgets and payments, support compliance and audits, generate reporting and vendor oversight, and assist internal teams and grantees with processes and training.
