Lead organizational change management for federal SAP implementations. Develop OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, KPIs, governance, and adoption interventions. Advise on federal compliance, identify change impacts, build change champion networks, and measure success while improving OCM methodologies.

Lead configuration, integration, testing, and migration of SAP Concur across environments. Provide expert-level installation, configuration, administration, migration, upgrade planning, and support for OpenText Extended ECM in SAP environments. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis across OpenText systems, plan/test migrations and upgrades, and support OpenText operation in on-premise or cloud (AWS). Work with clients to design and integrate OpenText with SAP ERP, maintain Oracle or SAP HANA databases, and follow Agile/SAFe practices.

Lead implementation and integration of Worksoft automation tools and a testing framework for SAP. Review and document SAP business processes, develop and execute manual and automated end-to-end test scripts across multiple SAP modules, manage test data, troubleshoot Worksoft issues, mentor QA teams, and lead SAP automation strategy sessions.

Serve as the technical expert in sales: demonstrate and design SAP Concur solutions, analyze customer needs, architect scalable implementations, troubleshoot, support sales engagements, lead technical delivery, and relay feedback to product teams.

Lead SAP functional implementations and support for asset accounting and real property (RE-FX/AA-AM). Configure and integrate MM/SD/FI, manage asset lifecycle (acquisition, transfers, depreciation, retirements), perform year-end closing, physical inventory, and post-go-live break/fix support for DoD clients. Provide business process guidance and client-facing solution design.

Lead implementation and support of SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS), configure CO including costing and profitability analysis, design functional specs, create and execute test plans, ensure integration with MM, PP, GL and revenue/results analysis, support S/4HANA, material ledger, inventory and manufacturing costing, and align solutions with Federal/DoD financial policies.

Lead design and execution of enterprise change management and communications for global SAP S/4HANA rollouts. Develop OCM plans, stakeholder engagement, training strategies, readiness assessments, communications, and leadership alignment to drive adoption and realize program benefits across multiple workstreams.
