Designs and delivers end-user training for SAP Concur Invoice, Request, and Expense. Creates curricula, eLearning/storyboards, instructor-led materials, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and evaluation measures. Conducts needs assessments, interviews SMEs, supports change management, and builds client relationships to drive user adoption.
