Provides end-user technical support and help desk assistance for a globally distributed workforce. Administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networks, conferencing systems, printers, and softphones. Manages hardware assets, onboarding and offboarding, purchasing support, vendor coordination, and technology projects. Monitors security threats, improves IT processes, supports AI tool adoption, develops documentation, and trains users. The role requires on-site support in Arlington, Virginia.
