Lead execution and ongoing management of pharmacy enablement programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to onboard pharmacies or integrate systems, track KPIs, manage risks, develop program plans and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement to scale operations and client success.

Drives sales growth and client expansion across healthcare payers, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and employers. Manages complex sales cycles, executive relationships, solution design, client consulting, implementation handoffs, account planning, forecasting, and post-launch business reviews. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize specialty pharmacy programs, improve patient access, and reduce costs. Requires healthcare industry expertise, knowledge of pharmacy benefit infrastructure and regulations, strong analytical and presentation skills, and travel up to 25%.

Partner with operations, product, and engineering to identify workflow gaps, translate internal needs into clear product requirements, support delivery from concept through launch, use data to measure outcomes and iterate, and enable internal rollouts via documentation, training, and governance to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Design, configure, and optimize client program solutions across the FMH platform. Gather requirements, translate business and clinical needs into scalable configurations, document and test deployments, set architecture and governance standards, advise internal teams and clients, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive high-quality, enterprise-level implementations and continuous improvement.
