Review executed documents, prepare Closing Disclosures, coordinate with homeowners, title and settlement agents, organize notary appointments, set up wires, and ensure accurate disbursements. Provide customer support, team coverage, and operational support while maintaining compliance with mortgage regulations and meeting tight deadlines.

The Processor manages loan application files, communicates with homeowners and vendors, and ensures accuracy in processing while meeting production goals.

The Senior Accountant manages accounting functions, financial close and reporting, audit coordination, accounting policies, controls, revenue and expense classification, and vendor management. The role supports strategic business planning through accurate financial insights, collaborates on analytics projects, and adopts AI-enabled automation while safeguarding data and maintaining internal control standards.

Leads product strategy and roadmap for homeowner-facing and wholesale partner experiences, including acquisition funnels, applications, portals, post-origination workflows, and partner channels. Owns conversion optimization, experimentation, martech strategy, business expansion, discovery, product metrics, and cross-functional execution. Manages product managers and product design, partners with analytics, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, and drives growth through data-informed customer and partner experiences.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers, owning performance management, compensation strategy, employee relations, workplace investigations, manager development, and people-related process improvement. Coach leaders through performance and team issues, analyze compensation data, administer merit and bonus cycles, and partner with Finance on commission plans. The role also supports workplace engagement and morale while improving People Operations policies and resources in a fast-growing startup.
