Analyze mortgage-related data to support MSR valuation and hedging. Build and maintain cash flow models, improve reporting/databases, publish daily reports, and recommend valuation/pricing actions.

Manage advanced default/foreclosure pipelines by coordinating with law firms, title companies, and internal teams to obtain documents, resolve impediments, escalate issues, follow investor and regulatory guidelines, meet production and quality metrics, and identify trends and solutions to mitigate foreclosure risk.
