- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for areas of responsibility.
- Support the month-end close and monthly forecast for areas of responsibility, covering revenue, cost of revenue, and operating expenses.
- Build the forecast including analysis, variance commentary, and supporting materials, to review with the General Manager and Finance team.
- Prepare and review month-end accruals against forecast, load forecast into the financial planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning), and reconcile actuals to forecast.
- Forecast capitalized costs and the related depreciation and amortization. Partner with Accounting on the capitalization timeline.
- Support SOX controls and documentation for areas of responsibility.
- Build forecast models and ad hoc analysis
- Track performance against key metrics and flag risks and opportunities

Education / Experience Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
- 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance; background in technology, real estate, mortgage/servicing, accounting, commercial banking, or investment banking a plus.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn large, complex data sets into clear analysis leadership can act on.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in a financial planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, TM1, Hyperion, or similar). Workday and Power BI a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives.
- Written Communication: write clearly and concisely for a range of audiences.
