Mentor engineers, guide technology adoption (GraphQL, REST, event-driven), and represent API strategy in architecture and executive forums to enable a large-scale System of Record modernization.

Lead development of identity, bank, income verification, and fraud detection systems. Own end-to-end features across frontend and backend, work with third-party providers, ensure secure handling of sensitive data, improve conversion and reliability, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Originate mortgage loans by building referral relationships and advising clients through the loan process from application to closing. Analyze finances and documents to determine loan eligibility, maintain a book of business, represent Rocket Mortgage in the community, and stay current on product and process changes to drive referral volume and revenue.
