The Senior Revenue Accountant analyzes contracts under ASC 606, manages revenue recognition models and deferred/accrued revenue schedules, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports audits and forecasting, and contributes to accounting policies, internal controls, system enhancements, and process improvements.

The Senior Cost Accountant owns standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory valuation, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, and financial modeling. The role investigates production and costing discrepancies, maintains BOM and routing accuracy, supports audits and controls, and provides operational insights to manufacturing, supply chain, operations, IT, and leadership. Leads finance and controllership for a manufacturing site, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial reporting, month-end close, controls, audits, and US GAAP compliance. Partners with site leadership, operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and corporate finance on pricing, margin improvement, capital investments, growth initiatives, and strategic planning. Manages the site finance and accounting team and provides financial insight to improve profitability and performance.

Supports global FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount allocation, SG&A allocation, financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Maintains and improves reporting systems, develops business intelligence tools, supports annual operating plans, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role partners cross-functionally to communicate financial results and drive informed business decisions.

Supports financial decision-making through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and month-end close activities. Partners with business and supply chain leaders to analyze costs, inventory, working capital, and production performance. Prepares journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and management reporting packages while identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting automation, data quality, and systems.

Provides technical leadership for industrial automation systems supporting manufacturing, utilities, facilities, and process operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, monitoring reliability and quality metrics, maintaining PLC and vision-system backups, administering manufacturing systems, supporting capital projects, leading automation improvements, and creating controlled procedures and risk assessments. Requires expertise in PLCs, HMIs, machine vision, SCADA, and automation within an FDA-regulated environment.
