Leads industrial engineering, quality, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume warehouse environment. Analyzes workflows, labor utilization, material flow, layouts, capacity, productivity, and operational bottlenecks. Develops labor standards, KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, corrective action plans, and executive reports. Partners with leadership on customer launches, cost reduction, waste elimination, and service improvements while training teams and maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Supervise daily 3PL plant operations: recruit, train, schedule, coach and evaluate staff; assist site management with budgets, inventory, safety, reporting, and plant duties; operate forklift and support continuous improvement.
