Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, manage tickets, onboard/deactivate users in Active Directory and Office 365, maintain workstations and printers, assist admins with projects, document procedures, and participate in Saturday rotational on-call. Position is part-time (9–2) and co-op program based.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels; manage budgets, audiences, bidding, tracking (GA4/GTM), and reporting; develop email nurture workflows and collaborate on creative, website SEO/AEO, attribution, and stakeholder dashboards to meet KPIs.
