Provides onsite consulting and Tier 2 support for an enterprise Meridian LMS. Responsibilities include configuring the platform, creating reports and functional designs, troubleshooting issues, documenting requirements and bugs, developing test plans, overseeing release testing, supporting administrators and instructional designers, creating job aids, and conducting training. The consultant collaborates with customers, stakeholders, project managers, product management, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
