The role requires strong organization, customer service, insurance servicing, and agency management system experience.

Manage and grow a portfolio of small-business B2B accounts, primarily serving companies with fewer than 100 employees. Build relationships with owners and decision-makers, understand client needs, recommend business solutions, identify expansion opportunities, support new business development, maintain pipeline activity, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve retention, revenue, and account-growth goals.

Sell HR consulting and employee benefits to small and mid-size businesses: prospect, manage pipeline, present proposals, close and cross-sell, coordinate delivery with consultants, lead client onboarding, represent the firm at networking events, and maintain accurate CRM and forecasting.
